India grows the finest mangoes in the world and although more than a thousand varieties exist, the Alphonso is the best. The luscious fruit is loved for its wonderful color, wholesome fragrance and irresistible taste.
 
 
Mother India Farms was a pet project started by Mr. R. Durairaj on 200 acres of land located at Settrapatti village in the Dharmapuri District of Tamil Nadu, India. "It all began 14 years ago, though the 'thought process' was converted to 'action' only ten years ago. I am basically from an agricultural family.

Fresh Organic Mangoes are plucked using scientific methods and ripened naturally. Human handling is kept to the minimum. Fruits harvested from the trees at the right stage are collected in bins, transported to the ripening room and allowed to ripen naturally.

Our mangoes are plucked early and allowed to mature the age-old way over hay in mud houses. This ensures the best sweetness, smell and feel in our Alphonso Mangoes. These are then packed in pallets or other packaging form based on customer needs. Post Harvesting Technology to preserve the mangoes for marketing is being upgraded every year scientifically.

 

Organic Alphonso Mango Pulp
 
Alphonso Mango pulp is made from select Organic Alphonso mangoes, ripened under controlled atmospheric conditions.

The preparation process includes cutting, destoning, refining and packing. In case of aseptic packing, the pulp is sterilized and packed in aseptic bags. The process ensures that the natural flavor and aroma of the fruit is retained in the final product.

Usage:

Essentially a prime table fruit, Mango pulp is perfectly suited for conversion to juices, nectars, drinks, jams and fruit cheese or to be had by itself or with cream as a superb dessert. It can also be used in puddings, bakery fillings, fruit meals for children, flavors for the food industry, and to make the most delicious ice creams, yoghurt and confectionery.

The exotic aroma of the product makes it suitable for blending with mango pulp of other varieties.
